Just under 6,000 sf and 60 helical piers supporting this slab. Owners’ want their investment to stay structurally sound. Don’t regret cutting costs and having problems later when it comes to building on unstable and shifting soil. We spray all our slabs with clear curing compound to help reduce shrinkage cracks.
