Getting up and moving around is not only good for your body but for your mental state as well.

Here is a quick routine to get your blood circulating. Do what you can, sub in different exercises if necessary, just get up, get out, and get moving. Even a 15 minute walk is better than nothing.

No matter where you are its important to do our best to keep clean during this time.

So here are a few tips to keeping clean while traveling :

1. SEPARATE SHOES FROM OTHER ARTICLES OF CLOTHING.

2. KEEP TOILETRIES IN A PLASTIC BAG.

3. LOOK FOR GOOD LODGING.

4. BRING A STAIN REMOVER PEN.

5. USE WET DISINFECTANT WIPES OFTEN.

6. HAVE A SEPARATE BAG FOR DIRTY LAUNDRY.
