The Challenge: A professional chef needed a kitchen that could actually keep up—functional enough for serious cooking, but beautiful enough for hosting family and friends.

The Transformation: Ditching the peninsula for a stunning, oversized island with open shelving, converting a basic closet pantry into a custom built-in, upgrading appliances, adding thoughtful lighting, and finishing it all with rich paint tones, warm wood stains, and a show-stopping backsplash. Every pot, pan, and gadget finally has a perfect home.

The Result: VERY happy chef and family!! More room to cook, more room to connect, and a kitchen that finally feels as inspired as the meals coming out of it!

✨ Seeing the potential is half the battle — and this past summer, we uncovered a true hidden gem near downtown McKinney!

What started as a diamond in the rough became a charming standout thanks to thoughtfully chosen upgrades. We boosted curb appeal with a unique exterior color palette and architectural details that honor the home’s historic bungalow style. Inside, we refreshed every room with a full interior repaint and transformed the kitchen with quartz countertops, shaker style cabinetry, new backsplash, and stylish large-format floor tile. Even the laundry room received its own moment with period-inspired patterned tile flooring.

This whole house “make-ready for sale” project by Lionheart Redesigns paved the way for a successful listing, and Carol with Korey Koop Real Estate had the pleasure placing this adorable home on the market. Thanks to the smart improvements and unbeatable location, it went under contract in just 4 days! 🎉

It’s always exciting to take on a truly unique project — and turning a powder bath into a scullery kitchen is definitely unique!

This family of passionate home chefs 👩‍🍳 decided to trade a small extra bathroom for a brand-new prep space, and the result is stunning! The Calacatta Bruno quartz countertops and full-height backsplash create a clean, dramatic look that feels both modern and timeless. A specialty corner sink maximizes every inch of space, while plenty of custom cabinetry with open shelving and pull-out trays ensures there’s room for every gadget and small appliance imaginable. We can’t wait to hear about the incredible holiday feasts this family will create now that they have not one, but two amazing kitchen spaces!

There’s no greater compliment than when past clients invite us back for another project!

After transforming their powder bath into a full bath and later building an addition on to their home, these clients trusted us once again — this time to reimagine their kitchen.

The result? A bold, beautiful space that blends style and function. Stunning new countertops and a mirrored glass backsplash bring the WOW factor, while a new island, new cabinetry door & drawer fronts, topper cabinets, and added storage under the window make the kitchen as practical as it is gorgeous.

We said goodbye to the dated ‘90s fluorescent light ballast, installed recessed lighting, and reconfigured the layout to make everything flow more efficiently. The space now feels brighter, taller, and more open — and our clients couldn’t be happier!

We’re so grateful for the continued trust these wonderful clients have placed in us to bring their vision to life — three times over! 💛

We poured the foundation for this two story pool house in Prosper on Oct. 8th and here is where we are as of Oct. 30th. When framing is complete next week, we move to HVAC, electrical rough in, and then on to drywall. Whether you want to redesign an existing space or build something entirely new, Lionheart Redesigns can expertly handle your remodel or new build!
