We’re continuing to build out the Pioneer Architecture platform with a focus on stronger alignment across development, design, and delivery.

As part of that effort, we’ve brought on Rob Helm as Director of Strategic Relationships - adding capability in early-stage coordination, client engagement, and front-end ex*****on. His background in, project management, relationship development and even CAD supports how we move quickly and stay aligned from day one.

Pioneer Architecture is now officially licensed in Illinois, bringing our logistics architecture footprint to 15 states.

Illinois is home to one of the most influential architects in history — Frank Lloyd Wright.

Now, we’re not designing Fallingwater or the Robie House…
…but if Frank Lloyd Wright were around today, I’d like to think he’d appreciate a well-planned truck court and dock layout.

Over the past few months, our team at Pioneer Architecture PLLC has continued to grow — and so has our logistics footprint.
As we’ve added experienced leaders to the team, we’ve also expanded our licensure and are now actively practicing in 14 states across the country and growing...
Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah.
Growth for us has never been about simply getting bigger. It’s about building the right team, working with the right developer partners, and delivering logistics projects with clarity, speed, and accountability.
We’re excited about where things are headed — and grateful for the clients and partners who continue to trust us with their work.

What’s on my mind? Donnie Reece. HUGE SMILE ON MY FACE!!!

There was no way I was passing up the opportunity to work with Donnie again.

When you’ve been in the field long enough, you know who you can trust. You know who holds the line. You know who doesn’t let details slip.

Donnie is a force to be reckoned with — not because he’s loud, but because he’s disciplined. He understands ex*****on. He understands coordination. He understands what it takes to move a project forward without chaos.

We worked together years ago at Randall Scott Architects alongside Greg Conaway. Getting back in the trenches with people who share the same standards is something I’m deeply grateful for.

The year ahead is shaping up to be a busy one, driven by strong partnerships and meaningful work already underway. We’re excited about the momentum and the opportunities that come with it.

Growth, when done right, is about people. We’re being intentional about building the team—reconnecting with proven collaborators, including some exceptionally strong technical talent we’ve had the privilege of working with in the past. The kind of expertise that elevates both process and outcome.

This year, we’re especially grateful for the developers, partners, and collaborators we had the opportunity to meet, work alongside, and build relationships with. The conversations, site walks, working sessions, and shared problem-solving are what continue to push projects forward and elevate outcomes.
