Do you have a patio, driveway, or other kind of concrete slab that is starting to sink or settle? Erosion, dry conditions, and poor construction can cause concrete slabs or floors to settle and even crack. When this happens, the concrete not only looks unsightly, but can also become a tripping hazard. That is why you should invest in concrete lifting from Master Lift as soon as possible. But what is the right method for your concrete lifting needs? One preferred method is our polyurethane foam injection.
Polyurethane foam injection is designed to lift/level concrete and fill in voids without replacing existing concrete. Whereas it will take multiple days to prep, pour, and finish a new concrete slab, poly foam injection can be done the same day with minimal cleanup and the area may be utilized almost immediately after repair.
How Poly Foam Injection Works
Poly foam is a two part urethane chemical that expands into a foam consistency when mixed. After the two parts mix the foam forms and starts to expands which creates the ability to fill voids and lift slabs.
In order to inject the polyurethane foam under the concrete slab a 5/8 inch hole, the size of a penny is drilled through the concrete. An injection port is hammered into the hole for a solid seal to prevent back flow. Here is when the magic happens! The poly foam is injected in the port, through the hole and underneath the concrete slab.
Polyurethane is a minimally invasive, quick process that can be used in a variety of different situations for concrete leveling. Whether the sinking slab is a floor or patio, polyurethane foam injection can help. Just what can we raise with polyurethane foam?
Patios/Stoops
Driveways/Garage approaches
Sidewalks
Factory floors/Cold Joints
Interior floor slabs
These are some of the different places that polyurethane foam injection may help. Call us now for more information at 214-918-2336.

Using this method of concrete leveling is relatively inexpensive, since it does not involve replacing concrete. Polyurethane foam injection is also a fast solution, resulting in minimal down time. This means that you can get back to business or resume living your life even sooner.
