Earlier this month, CARCON Industries and STL Engineers were proud to be part of the 2026 Build Fort Worth Construction Expo Expo—an outstanding day of meaningful conversations, new connections, and shared momentum for North Texas construction.

One of our favorite moments from the expo? Our YETI raffle! A big congratulations to our winners, Bonnie C. and Jeff Larrota! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to enter, connect, and join the excitement.

A huge thank-you to the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber and the John Martinez for bringing the industry together, and to the sponsors, exhibitors, contractors, suppliers, developers, and public-agency partners who made the event a success. We’re grateful for everyone who stopped by, shared ideas, and helped build what’s next for the community.

A huge day of celebration for CARCON Industries and the Fort Worth community 🎉

We were proud to mark the completion and ribbon cutting of the Texas A&M University Law and Education Building with the Turner Construction Company | CARCON Industries | Source Building Group Inc. This exciting addition to the Fort Worth skyline will help shape the next generation of leaders.

The celebration continued with the groundbreaking of Texas A&M–Fort Worth’s next building: the Research and Innovation Building, a Manhattan Construction Group | CARCON Industries & Construction Joint Venture. This important addition to the campus represents continued growth, opportunity, and investment in the future of education and innovation in Fort Worth.

A special shoutout to Arcilia Acosta, Carlos L. Acosta, Eric Koinzan, Greg McClure, Sean Cagle, Rebecca Carmona, and the many additional partners and team members whose commitment helped bring this vision to life.

250 years ago, a bold idea became the foundation of the greatest nation ever built — not just on paper, but in the hands of people willing to do the hard work to make it real.

At CARCON Industries, we see that same spirit every day. In the crews who show up before sunrise. In the project managers who solve problems nobody planned for. In the tradespeople who take pride in work that will outlast all of us.

America wasn't handed to anyone. It was built. And 250 years later, that's still exactly what we do.

Happy 250th Independence Day. Here's to the builders — then, now, and for the next 250 years.

Happy Juneteenth from the entire CARCON Industries family!

Today is a day we celebrate with full hearts. Juneteenth is one of those days that brings people together — a moment to step back from the daily grind, appreciate how far we have come, and feel genuine gratitude for the communities, teammates, and partners who make the work we do meaningful every single day.

At CARCON Industries, we are in the business of building — and what we are most proud of building is not any single project or milestone. It is the culture and the team behind it all. Every person who walks onto one of our job sites, every partner we collaborate with, and every community we serve plays a role in what CARCON is and what it continues to become. That is something worth celebrating today and every day.

To our team, our clients, our partners, and everyone in the broader CARCON community — we hope your Juneteenth is filled with joy, good company, and everything worth celebrating. From our family to yours, Happy Juneteenth!

Monday, CARCON Industries was proud to serve as a Lunch Sponsor at the 2026 RHCA Golf Tournament at Indian Creek Golf Club in Carrollton, and it was an exceptional day on the Lakes Course alongside some of the most driven professionals in the North Texas construction industry.

Hole 8 on the Lakes Course was a great spot to connect with familiar faces and meet new ones, and the conversations that took place throughout the day were a reflection of the kind of relationships that define this industry: ones built on trust, shared experience, and a genuine investment in each other's success. CARCON has always believed that building community is just as important as building structures, and yesterday was a perfect example of that belief in action.

A heartfelt thank you to the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association (RHCA) for putting together such a tremendous event, and to Indian Creek Golf Club for hosting a beautifully run tournament on a course that gave everyone plenty to talk about. The hospitality was top-notch, and the conversations were even better. We look forward to many more years of being present at events like this one.

Last week, CARCON Industries had much to celebrate at the CMAA North Texas Chapter Annual Gala, held at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. Two of our own were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the construction management industry.

We proudly congratulate our CEO, Mrs. Arcilia Acosta, on receiving the Woman Professional of the Year — Industry Trailblazer Award. We also congratulate our Vice President of Operations, Eric Koinzan, on being honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. These distinctions reflect their exceptional leadership, dedication, and lasting impact on our industry.

We extend our sincere thanks to the CMAA North Texas Chapter for hosting an exceptional event and for their continued leadership in strengthening the construction management community across our region.

It is an honor to be part of an organization that celebrates excellence—and proud to see that excellence reflected within our own team.

Happy Cinco de Mayo from CARCON Industries! Today we pause to honor the history behind this day, commemorating Mexico’s victory at the Battle of Puebla and the resilience that moment represents. We are proud to work across Texas alongside employees, partners, and clients whose Mexican roots and rich cultural traditions shape the communities we design and build every day.

As we deliver transportation, civil, and public infrastructure projects, we are reminded that strong projects begin with strong, inclusive communities where diverse perspectives are valued on the jobsite, in the office, and at the decision-making table. Today we celebrate the heritage, leadership, and contributions of our Hispanic and Latino teammates who help us build safer, smarter, and more connected places to live and work.

From all of us at CARCON Industries, we wish you a safe, joyful Cinco de Mayo filled with community, culture, and connection.

Construction Safety Week 2026 is here, and at CARCON Industries we are all in together to strengthen a culture of care on every jobsite and in every office. Keeping our staff safe on the job site and in the office means focusing on high‑energy, high‑hazard work, preventing serious injuries and fatalities, and preparing for the unexpected. Across our organization, we keep our environments safer together through daily pre‑task planning, empowering stop‑work authority, investing in job‑specific training, and ensuring our office team maintains CPR certifications so they are ready to respond in an emergency. That same commitment to readiness and care drives our work in the field, because sending everyone home safe every day is not a slogan for us, it is the standard.

CARCON Industries and STL Engineers were proud to be the Bachelor's Sponsors and participate in the 6th Annual Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Golf Tournament on Friday, March 27th. This impactful event brought together business and community leaders from across the region to network, build relationships, and celebrate the Chamber’s ongoing work to strengthen economic opportunity in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Beyond that, we are equally as proud to have supported such a great cause that raised approximately $69K to fund scholarships for students across Tarrant County!

At CARCON Industries and STL Engineers, we value every opportunity to support organizations that create meaningful connections between local businesses and the communities they serve. Thank you to the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for hosting a great event and continuing to champion growth, collaboration, and inclusion in our region and beyond.
