Getting hit by hail is bad but getting screwed by a roofer is worse.

This is an ad and a public service announcement. Roofing is an unlicensed and extremely high-profit margin industry. For years, the roofing industry pushed for legislation to close loopholes so that the homeowner would be mandated by law to pay for their deductibles. They succeeded in 2019 with a new law being passed by the state legislature and many afterwards were boasting about their increase of over 150% in profit margins. No longer could any company compete by waiving deductibles. Still, today, many still do kickbacks which place a homeowner in a position of breaking laws.

How can you fight back and negotiate a better deal? You can hire us and we will install a hail-resistant roof at no additional cost. You're paying several thousand for a deductible so why not get a better value and enjoy a yearly discount by your insurance company?

We will do EVERY item listed by the insurance company and do it at your complete satisfaction. I am a retired firefighter skilled in construction sciences with a specialty in roof ventilation. The Texas heat is a challenge for cooling and your attic heat is a top culprit for higher utility costs. The best time to address this is at the time of reroofing. We know construction and we know houses.
