History was made today for Redden Concrete at The Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney.
Successfully completing the largest structural pour to date, 1,250 yards! From start to finish, the operation was executed flawlessly. A 1:00am arrival for the majority of this crew is never easy, but the energy, focus, and teamwork never let up for a second.
A special recognition goes to our finishers today. The amount of grit, endurance, precision, and pride these guys brought to the pour today was unbelievable. Long hours, nonstop movement, and relentless attention to detail, every yard was hand poured, all while maintaining the level of quality we expect from our team. What they accomplished today was nothing short of elite.
These massive pours don’t happen without every person pulling together as one team, and today was a perfect ex*****on of just that. The coordination, communication, and work ethic on display was something to be proud of.
We’re incredibly grateful for every man and woman on this project who helped make today such a huge success. Days like today remind us exactly what this team is capable of.
So proud of this crew. What a day!

🎉 TEN YEARS! Today, we had the honor of celebrating this amazing group of gentlemen on their 10 year anniversary with Redden Concrete. An entire decade of dedication, perseverance, hard-work and lots of learning. This group right here has the honor of saying they helped build Redden Concrete to what it is today! Thank you guys, from the bottom of our hearts for all the years that you have poured into this company. You each hold a special place in our hearts.

This group of guys right here is every superintendent and field supervisor at Redden, whom which hold the responsibility of an entire crew of men and are in charge of our jobs all over DFW.
Last night, we had a very important slab pour at HoltCAT in Anna in which Ethan, our owner, was unable to attend due to an emergency surgery he had to have. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, this amazing group of guys decided to SHOW UP for Ethan! Their message was that he is not in this alone and that they have Ethan’s back! They arrived at midnight and even after an all night pour, they still went on to work their own job sites!

Gentlemen,
There aren’t enough words to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for the incredible support you showed Ethan by showing up for him! This moved myself and Ethan to tears of joy and thankfulness. While faced with unknown challenges ahead in the days to come, we find solace and peace in knowing that we have such an incredible team of men that have stepped up day after day, night after night to make it happen here at Redden Concrete! Such a display of love for him moves me to tears and proves just how amazing each one of you are! Times of adversity in life bring us back to our simplest of values, which generally starts with love. Today, that is what we saw from you guys, pure love! Secondly, care. A type of care that goes beyond a simple gesture, care that comes from the heart and validates the true values within each of you.
Thank you all for your support, your prayers, your kind words, your hard work, your time and your dedication. Ethan and I are truly blessed and thankful from the bottom of our hearts with this team!

Nació el 8 de Abril de 1986 en el pueblo Apaseo ,El Alto, Guanajuato, México.
Emigró a los Estados Unidos a la edad de 14 años. Empezó a forjar su futuro, se casó y formó una familia al lado de su esposa Eva Karina Salinas ytuvieron 2hijos: Jordan yJayden. Joaquín le encantaba el Jaripeo ysalir de de vacaciones con su familia. Le entusiasmaba ir asu pueblo a visitar a sus familiares.
Era muy alegre, amable, y con todo mundo hacía amistad. Tenía muchos planes para el futuro para El ysu familia.
Lamentable partió al lado de nuestro señor a la edad de 38 años dejando muchas metas atrás y con una gran tristeza a su esposa ,sus hijos y todos sus amigos y familiares quien lo apreciaban.
Descansa en paz Joaquin. Te vamos a extrañar.

JOAQUIN VEGA GIRÓN
Born on April 8, 1986 in the town of Apaseo, El Alto, Guanajuato, Mexico.
Joaquin emigrated to the United States at the age of 14. He began to forge his future, got married and formed a family next to his wife Eva Karina Salinas and had 2 children: Jordan and Jayden. Joaquín loved rodeo and going on vacation with his family. He was excited to go to his village to visit his relatives.
He was very cheerful, kind, and made friends with everyone. He had many plans for the future for him and his family.
Unfortunately passed at the age of 38 leaving many goals behind and with great sadness to his wife, his children and all his friends and family who appreciated him.
Rest in peace Joaquin. We're going to miss you!
