The kitten was found crying and feeling very lonely in someone's back yard, mother cat nowhere in sight. When taken inside the house the finders beautiful ginger girl climbed in the cat bed with the kitten . 10 min later this was the result. ❤

Tips to avoid contractor fraud

Get written estimates on company letterhead with clear contact information.
Get more than one bid to gauge which ones are too high or too good to be true.
Check references and phone numbers.
Beware of those who only have out-of-town references or solicit door to door.
Don't pay in full up front and don’t make a final payment until the job is done.
Never sign a contract with blanks on it.

The 3 major signs of hail damage include bruising, cracking and granules missing from asphalt. Check for missing pieces in the asphalt of the roof. Look for areas on the shingle that have exposed, black substrate. This means the granules of the asphalt have been compromised or knocked off by something.
