"I called Superior One Roofing when my roof started leaking after a significant hail storm. Adam met with the insurance company and showed them all the leaks. He ended up getting me a new roof and half the roofs decking. They used better barriers and fixed an ongoing leak with my skylight. On top of that, they were able to work out a plan for adding gutters all around my house at minimal charge. This has helped with foundation issues I was having. Adam made sure to help me through the whole process and made everything simple and easy. I cannot recommend Superior One Roofing enough. They even helped repaired water damage inside the home! One stop shopping!"

"Just had my roof replaced by Adam Karnkowski with Superior One. Nice to have someone these days that is so professional and knows his products. He thoroughly explained everything and I mean everything. He kept in constant contact with us on installation date. He watched the weather and would not commit to a day until weather was not an issue. Again always contacting me. Old roof take off can be a mess but they covered all the shrubs and grass with tarps and even put wood on top of the air conditioner units for protection. Adam came by very regularly, talking with installers, and inspecting roof. His installers are good, but it was nice knowing Adam was watching. They only removed old shingles on parts of the roof that they could reroof the same day. They also did a great job of cleaning up. Be sure and ask for Adam. He took all the stress out of having your roof replaced."

They removed the old roof down to the plywood, inspecting for damage or rot and repaired all damage that they found before they installed the new roof the same day. "Shout out to Ross Green. Needed a quote on our business for tax purposes. Ross came out gave a quote. Informed us that insurance would probably take care of the problem. He met with the adjustor got everything rolling. Got the permit. He had all material delivered on SATURDAY morning and by Saturday before dark we had a new roof (less skylights), two new turbines, a new vent stack and they painted the Electrical stack. From start to finish 100% satisfied. Thanks Ross!! And yes insurance payed for everything."

"These guys are number one in my book. They are fair priced and reliable. If you need a new roof call them before you decide which roofing company to go with. They do excellent work, they let me know exactly what they were doing and when they would be here and were on time. They take a lot of pride in their work and that is not common in these days. "Adam and Justin were the two guys who sold and over saw the roofing jobs on both our home and my parents home after hurricane Michael hit Bay County. They were very professional and answered any questions or concerns that we had and always answered their phone anytime I called. The quality of the work was top notch and looks great. "Great service from start to finish.
Superior One Roofing was quick to schedule a free estimate and very accommodating to my work schedule. When we inspected the roof together, they gave me a clear understanding of what the problem likely was and didn't try to sell me an entire new roof or over-engineer an incredibly expensive solution.
After agreeing on scope of work and price, the team at Superior One Roofing finished the repair quickly...actually a few days earlier than we discussed which I really appreciated. It has not rained since, but I am confident our roof will no longer leak.
I worked in the construction industry for a number of years and finding good roofers is hard...and finding one who runs a clean job site is even harder. These guys treated our home with respect and performed a quality repair...it was actually one of the first times I did not have to clean up after a contractor worked at my home."
