Here is another metal building we recently finished with 2 inches of closed-cell spray foam along the roofline and 1 inch on the walls.

This building is now sealed and better protected against outside air and moisture, helping create a more comfortable and energy-efficient space.

We finished up this impressive 100′ × 40′ metal building with closed-cell spray foam insulation! 💪

The Southern Twist crew installed 2 inches of closed-cell foam along the roofline and 1 inch on the walls, helping create a strong air and moisture barrier while improving temperature control throughout the building.

🔥 Another Attic Retrofit Complete! 🔥

This home presented a unique challenge because it had three separate small attic spaces that each needed to be addressed.

Our crew removed the existing attic-floor insulation and applied approximately 6 inches of open-cell spray foam along the underside of the roofline in all three attic areas.

During these 100°+ Texas days, even small attic spaces can allow significant heat into the home. Insulating the roofline helps reduce heat transfer, creates more temperature-controlled attic areas, and can help the air-conditioning system operate more efficiently.

For this project, we removed all of the existing insulation from the attic floor and applied approximately 6 inches of open-cell spray foam along the underside of the roofline.
