Did you know what else POLY can do? 🧱💧

Polyurethane injection isn’t just for lifting sidewalks and concrete slabs. It can also be used to fill voids beneath brick wall footings caused by erosion and water washout.

Over time, moving water can wash away the supporting soil beneath a wall footing. What you see above ground may look fine while a significant void is developing underneath.

Did you know what may be happening beneath a settling foundation?

VOIDS! From lifting and digging.

Unstable soil and underground voids can reduce support, allow movement, and contribute to continued settling.

Polyurethane soil stabilization uses ultra-low-viscosity resin that travels through weak soil, expands into voids, binds loose particles, and can help control water flow. The goal is to improve bearing capacity and create stronger, more stable support beneath the structure.

We’re headed out to an older property in McKinney for a full under-structure inspection — shooting elevations, checking the cavity, and seeing what’s really going on beneath the surface.
