🚨 A small roof gap can become a costly wildlife problem. Every day it remains open gives rodents more time to enter, chew through building materials, and create additional access points.

🪹 During a recent inspection, we found a rat nest on a customer’s roof made from insulation, leaves, and debris. Beneath it was a chewed opening in the fascia at the roof return—an entry point that could have gone unnoticed while allowing continued access to the home.
