From Freeze Damage to Full Restoration
One of the largest water restoration projects we’ve completed was for a local church after a severe freeze caused 17 separate pipes to burst throughout the facility, resulting in extensive water damage throughout multiple areas of the building.
As demolition and mitigation began, we discovered an additional challenge that could not be ignored: asbestos-containing flooring materials were present within the structure. Work was immediately halted, and a licensed third-party asbestos abatement company was brought in to properly contain, remove, and dispose of the materials before restoration could continue.
Projects of this size require much more than construction knowledge. They require proper documentation, claim management, code compliance, safety procedures, and constant communication with all parties involved.
One of the biggest advantages for this church was having a team of 3 professionals behind them each with decades of insurance claim handling and restoration experience. Our team worked diligently throughout the process to ensure the property owners were treated fairly, that all covered damages were properly documented, and that no critical items were overlooked during the insurance claim process.
From emergency mitigation and asbestos abatement coordination to full reconstruction, our goal was simple: restore the property correctly, safely, and with as little disruption to the congregation as possible.
The end result was a fully restored facility ready to continue serving its community.
