A local decking company needed help with replacing a rubber flat roof before they started their project for their client in Ridgefield, CT. The only problem: the house was being listed on the market and needed to be done ASAP!

In 100+ degree weather, we came in and stripped the old roof, installed the underlayment, laid and sealed the rubber, soldered custom copper pieces for the posts, installed the copper drip edge, and caulked and taped all the the edges in time for them to quickly start their deck project.
