Some pours are a little more involved than others! 🔨
We poured this 26' x 16' covered patio slab, and while it may look like a standard concrete pad, there's a lot more going on underneath. Because of the grade, this slab required a 4-foot turndown wall around the edge to support the patio and keep everything in place. Allstate Concrete Pumping - Kentucky showed up on time with great equipment to get the concrete exactly where it needed to be📍We're extremely grateful to work with partners that show professionalism and take pride in their work!🎯
Next, we'll strip the forms and get started on framing the covered patio. Stay tuned—this backyard is about to come together! 👀

This addition is really starting to come together! The natural stone gives it a timeless look that feels like it's always been part of the property. It's durable, low maintenance, and adds so much character to the home.🏠

One addition is just getting started while another is getting close to the finish line. 🔨🏠
We wrapped up framing this 16'x25' mudroom/utility room addition and will be starting the matching 16'x25' carport this week on the new concrete pad!🔨 The homeowners have a great vision for this space, and it's exciting to bring it all together!
At our second addition project, the stone has completely changed the look of the home. 👀 It's one of those details that makes you stop and take a second look! We can't wait to move inside and bring the rest of their vision to life!
Every project is different, and that's one of the things we enjoy most. We appreciate every homeowner who trusts us with their home and lets us be part of the process!

Backyard season is in full swing! 🔥

This outdoor living space is almost ready for its see-through fireplace and stonework! Talk about the perfect spot to spend an evening by the fire, cook dinner, and enjoy time with family/friends. 🏠

Down in Liberty, we're also getting a foundation in place for a new covered concrete patio. Using #5 L Bar’s tying our foundation to our patio, this patio will be around for centuries!🔨

Here's a quick glimpse of a travertine tile patio we've been installing. This project has completely transformed the entrance of this beautiful historic home and added a timeless look that fits the property perfectly.

Once installation is complete, we'll be sealing the patio with an anti-slip finish to provide added traction and durability in wet conditions.

Happy Monday! 🌧️

This 16'x32' garage is just about finished, and we couldn't be happier with how it's turning out. The stone skirt really sets it off, and matching it to the home's style made all the difference. 🤌

Out back, the pool pavilion is officially complete! The white oak beams and posts gave this project a timeless look, and it's been fun watching this backyard transform into a place the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.

Meanwhile, our other crew has been hard at work on a full master bathroom gut and remodel. Drywall and tile backer are almost finished, which means we're getting close to the fun part. Stay tuned for the custom corner shower—it's going to be a good one. 👀

This outdoor kitchen and pavilion project is one step closer to the finish line! 🔨

Today we poured a 12’ x 8’ shed/utility building pad, this building will match the house! 🏠Tomorrow we'll pour the wrap-around sidewalk, completing all of the concrete work. The Ashler Slate stamped concrete has turned out beautifully and really gives this outdoor living space a custom look. Once the concrete has time to cure, framing will begin next week and this project will start taking shape in a big way.

We've also been busy poolside! This 32' x 12' pavilion is finished and built to last, featuring beautiful oak-wrapped posts and beams. Now we're moving right into the next phase of the project—a 32' x 16' garage on the opposite side of the pool. 🏊

It's always rewarding to watch a project come together from the ground up. Stay tuned for more progress photos as we keep building. 🔨

A little progress and a little finished product🔨

Happy Monday! ☀️
This nearly 1,600 square foot addition is ready for a roof tomorrow! 🏠
We've also got nearly 200' of sewer, water, and electric trenches completed and ready for the next phase. 🔨 Big thanks to the crew at Landshapers for some of the cleanest trench work we've seen. Their attention to detail helps keep everything moving smoothly.

Finished and turned over! 🔑🏠
This ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) in Versailles is officially complete, and we're proud of how it turned out.
From the colored concrete floors and exposed brick walls to the custom tile shower and modern finishes, this project has a style all its own! Every square foot was designed to maximize function while creating a comfortable, inviting living space. The garage side even has 2 floor drains! 🏠
