What better place to enjoy summer than on your new deck?! Sometimes older decks can be repaired and refinished, and we do many of those. In this case, the deck was pulling away from the house and wasn’t safe, so the old deck came completely down and a new one is now shining! This past week in real estate has been…hard. But today! Today the stars aligned and I was able to get a young single mother who works for us into a much better living situation after three years of trying. She will be moving in May. She and I were so excited we jumped into a hug and our eyes got misty! These seemingly little moments are everything.
