Im doing a flat rate of 120/month, for a mid size yard, Front and Back Mow, w**d eating, driveway edging, slab and paver edging, Backpack Blowing, and hedge trimming, For the standard Maintenance package. That also includes the basic (small) stuff, like keeping your yard clean of debris like sticks, limbs, trash, or stray rocks. I'll DELETE those pesky w**ds in the driveways and sidewalks, I w**d eat all the way around the house, mailbox, trash cans, fence, ILL EVEN DO THE THING 99% OF LANDSCAPERS HATE, MOVE STUFF TO CUT AROUND IT, AND MOVE IT BACK WHEN IM DONE!!!! Yeah I went there. They really do hate it with a passion. 😂
Small yard is 80, big yard is 165. Seems pretty straightforward right? It is.
(That extra 5 for the big yard is just for water, it's just me out here 😅 🥵)
And I do it the RIGHT way.
Every Time.
