First one of the year . How the customer wanted it finish

I've been working on this house for a while and watching it transform from cedar wood siding that needed lots of repair to stripping it out, rewrapping it with zip board, and adding new Hardy board siding to finally getting it painted. The last add-on to date is new gutters and gutter guards. Future work will include a back patio and a complete new landscape. Stay tuned for new updates, and yes, we have been part of all of this work. Two more things: new windows and a new roof. No, I don't do it all, but I can get it done with a group of contractors we've gotten to know over the last 10 years.

Been in my books to get this house done before new years , well it got put on hold due to stucco not getting done on ime , they finally got it close enough for us to get it done . We started with getting the home owner a new roof paint job , new facia and soffit redone, he had his own stucco guy and finally we got him new black gutters installed.
