We recently replaced an evaporator coil in a walk in freezer at a restaurant. The fan blade came off and sliced through the coil causing the freezer to stop working. With restaurants, its very important to get them up and running quickly because time is money. Happy to report this local restaurant has a freezing cold freezer again
