Home and Brush Designs Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, a new home or a milestone birthday, a house portrait is the perfect gift for any occasion. Process:
1.

Home and Brush Designs creates custom watercolor paintings of that special house. Each painting is completed with watercolor and ink on 140lb coldpress watercolor paper. Send me a high resolution photograph of the house you would like me to paint. Make sure the photograph includes the whole house, preferably taken from a small distance. You may send several photos if you like but please let me kno

w which photo you would like the drawing based on. The photograph can be sent via messenger or email to [email protected]. Please put your name in the subject line.

2. Please let me know of any details (flower beds, tree, flag pole, etc) you would like included in the photo as well as what you would like written on the bottom of the portrait (address, Our First Home, Home Sweet Home, etc).

3. Your portrait will be completed within 2-3 weeks. If you need your custom house portrait by a particular date, please let me know.

*Painting does not include a matte or frame. Prices:
5x7: $100
8x10: $125
9x12: $140
11x14: $175
16x20: $200
*If it needs to be shipped, there will be a shipping charge
