Last project of 2025 complete, just in the St. Nick of time to hang the stockings from the mantle.

This custom pantry project should've been very straightforward. But, a minor oversight on my part led to a snowball of issues. I am beyond grateful that my customer was patient and trusting. Part of being a good contractor means knowing what issues you'll run into, before you do, so they can be avoided and planned for. Occasionally, something gets by you and disrupts the entire project. It's how you handle it though that really determines your integrity as a contractor. We pushed through, and finally got this one to the finish line with everyone happy in the end. Thank you again to my customer for your patience and trust.

As a custom carpenter, I just don't know much about IKEA products. Recently we were asked to turn some IKEA products, built and installed, into more of a built-in looking closet. Another great project completed and another happy customer, who already has 3 or 4 more projects planned for CFC. What do you think of this one?

It started with a customer's vision. Then it was brought to me and I put it on paper. A few changes were made, and once approved, I got to work and they couldn't be happier with the outcome.
