🌳 WELCOME TO THE TEAM, ELIJAH!

We’re excited to welcome our newest hire, Elijah, to McQuillin Tree Care!

Elijah came to us with a little climbing experience and, more importantly, the kind of work ethic and willingness to learn that we look for.

That entire trailer in the first picture? He cut that tree down and hauled it out of a backyard by himself. 💪🌳 When he sent me these pictures, you could tell he was proud of the work—and he should be.

Now we’re excited to get him started in our training program, build on the experience he already has, and teach him the systems, techniques, and safety standards we expect at McQuillin Tree Care.

Skill can be taught. Work ethic, attitude, and the desire to get better are a lot harder to teach.
Welcome aboard, Elijah. We’re looking forward to seeing how far you can go! 💪🌳

I’d like to wish Justin a very happy birthday today! 🎉

I met Justin when he was about 15 years old, and he’s been helping me on and off ever since. Over the years, I’ve watched him grow into a man I’m proud to have beside me, both personally and as part of McQuillin Tree Care.

I can’t express how much I value your friendship, loyalty, and commitment to what we’re building.

You’ve been around long enough that I don’t just consider you part of the crew—I consider you a brother.
