We are pleased to present images of a recently completed repair project, where our team replaced a rotted sill plate and siding for our valued customer.

The original siding, featuring 10-inch beveled cedar lap, was restored, and the deteriorated untreated sill plate was replaced with a treated 2x6 plate spanning the entire wall length.

Utilizing bottle jacks and a 4x6 support beam enabled us to safely bear the structural load, facilitating a successful repair.

Getting some slow progress on this siding project.

Customer wants to replace their old cedar lap siding with a James Hardie lap siding system.

Full roof replacement with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles.

We initiated this project and encountered a hole accompanied by substantial rot and mold. All compromised sheets were replaced to prevent further damage prior to installing the new roof system.

Replacing sheets with mold is crucial, as it can spread to surrounding areas, causing additional damage and potential health hazards. Installing new products over affected areas merely postpones the issue, resulting in increased costs for future repairs.
