🌊 Why Pressure Washing is Essential for Your Home 🏡

Over time, dirt, mold, mildew, and algae build up on your siding, driveway, deck, and walkways. Not only does this make your home look older and less inviting, but it can also damage surfaces and lower your property’s value.

✨ Here’s why regular pressure washing matters:

🧽 Protects Your Investment – Removes grime and prevents rot, stains, and long-term damage.

🌱 Healthier Home – Gets rid of mold, mildew, and allergens that can affect your family.

🛠 Boosts Curb Appeal – Instantly makes your home look fresh, clean, and well-maintained.

💰 Saves You Money – Prevents costly repairs down the road by keeping surfaces in good condition.

👉 Most homeowners should pressure wash once a year (sometimes more if you have heavy tree coverage or lots of shade).

📞 Ready to give your home a refresh? Contact KAT Home Improvements, LLC today and let us bring your home back to life with a professional pressure wash!

🛠️ Meet Kylee & Tony – KAT Home Improvements, LLC 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

We’re Kylee and Tony Thrush, the husband-and-wife team behind KAT Home Improvements, LLC. Our company was officially established in April 2021 with one simple goal: to help homeowners take the stress out of repairs and projects. What began as us tackling little fixes for friends and family quickly grew into a trusted business that serves our community with pride.

Our story together began in September 2019, and by September 2021, we were married. Since then, we’ve been growing our family and our business side by side. Together, we’re raising four amazing kids, balancing family life with the hard work and dedication that goes into running a business we truly care about.

When we’re not on the job site, you’ll often find us riding our Harley together or enjoying our favorite pastime — exploring haunted houses. We believe in working hard, laughing often, and making memories — both at home and at work.

At KAT Home Improvements, LLC, we bring that same family-centered passion into every project. As a family-owned, local business, we bring more than tools to the job — we bring trust, dedication, and heart. We truly care about the homes and families we work with, and that’s what keeps us going.

Tony is the one with the hands-on skills and eye for detail — he loves tackling tricky repairs, building, and bringing creative solutions to home projects. Kylee keeps things organized, friendly, and customer-focused — making sure every project runs smoothly and that our clients feel taken care of from the first call to the final walk-through.

What you can count on with us:
✨ Friendly, reliable service
✨ Honest pricing
✨ Communication
✨ Trust
✨ Quality workmanship

We don’t just improve houses — we help families create homes they love. From repairs and painting to pressure washing and outdoor projects, no job is too big or too small. We love what we do, and we’re grateful every day for the chance to serve our community.
