From sketch, to design, to the final product, a lot changed in this case. I opted for a simpler design without a bottom shelf, and went with a more subtle taper on the legs.

Once I saw the amazing contrast on the grain, I opted for simpler aprons as well to show that off.

I’ll be making another side table soon that’s closer to the original vision, but I love how this project ended up

Quick home improvement project knocked out! A pair of floating shelves for the half bath.

Took some leftover 2X6 lumber from my workbench build and stained them with Minwax to match our current vanity

An upgraded “kitchen knife” for my little man. Laminated some Cherry and Walnut before carving this one. They make great little jam and butter spreaders, I’ll be cranking out a few more this week so keep an eye out!
