•Experience leading jobs and crews to meet high standards and keep jobs moving

•Experience running equipment including tractors, skid loaders and pulling trailers is a must for this role

☀️ Landscape team member

•Little to no experience required for this role

•Must be reliable, motivated and driven to work hard

🌱 Lawn care team member

•Experience running zero turns and string trimmers is preferred for this role but not required

💰Pay is $18-30/hr depending on experience and skill set

At Durrell’s we offer two separate services when it comes to leaves 🍁

Leaf cleanup: We will remove leaves out of mulch/stone beds grass etc. and then remove them with our leaf collector

Leaf collection: Customer puts leaves along road/curb or somewhere where our truck can access and we will remove with leaf collector.

Mulching

Mowing

Pruning and trimming

Spring/fall cleanup

Snow removal

Very competitive pay based on experience and determination to work smart and get the job done in a safe and efficient manner.

We typically work Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm and then most Friday’s in the spring and early summer.

We do offer benefits including paid holidays, vacations, retirement etc.
