Reid Homes LLC Building Energy Saving, Healthy Homes since 1978 Designer/Builder Walter Reid has worked in construction since 1966.

As a “hands-on” builder, he built his first custom home in 1978 in Derby. Since then, he and his wife and partner Penny, have successfully designed and completed hundreds of custom homes, room additions and commercial projects in the Wichita Metro area.
