28’x42’x6” thick slab and 14.5” monolithic footer.  Garage slab was engineered to set on a 15”x24” 2B stone footer with all proper drainage. We installed almost 1,500’ of tubing for the Radiant floor heat and Broke in to 5 separate zones. So much more went in to this project with all requirements that needed to be met per the engineer.
