We are seeking a skilled craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship. We focus mainly on Decks and outside projects in the warmer months and interior projects in the colder months. You will be responsible for creating, repairing, and maintaining various structures and items, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of excellence. This role requires both creativity and technical skills, making it perfect for individuals who take pride in their work.
🪚Responsibilities🪚
•Construct, repair, and maintain structures or items using various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic.
•Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
•Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
•Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure adherence to standards.
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
•Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.
🔨Requirements🔨
•Proven experience as an Artisan or in a similar role is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
•Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
•A valid driver’s license is required.
