We beat the rain on the plumbing but not the concrete .
Trench drain install to mitigate water from entering the garage.
We also tied the gutter drain into the main trench drain line to help flush and silt build up .

I’m sorry to say after 8years of business and not taking down payments we are having to change our policy due to customers cancellation at the last minute which is now costing us money and sending us towards this difficult decision.
It has become apparent that we are being taken advantage of.
So, with a little money invested from the customer both parties will be willing to commit to the work schedule.
Over 6 jobs this year have accepted work to be completed and then back out last minute costing us products already purchased and time wasted in the office.

Brand new sawyer 16x7 black seamless enclosures trailer .
We added bedliner to underneath to protect from weather / water and so far we have the new epoxy floor down .
