That empty garage looks HUGE on Day 1…

Then comes another truck. The mower. The side-by-side. Toolboxes. Shelving. The camper. And somehow all that “extra space” disappeared. 😅

It’s one of the most common questions we hear—and it’s a good question to ask.

The answer is no. Our structures utilize engineered steel tubing, designed around the building, its location, and the required specifications.

But here’s the important part:

🔹 Red iron is steel.
🔹 Steel tubing is steel.
🔹 Engineering is what matters.

💨 Proper wind loads
❄️ Proper snow loads
📐 Engineered drawings when required
📍 Designed for applicable local requirements
🔩 Proper anchoring and installation

There’s also another important difference to consider: what’s actually included in the price.

With many red-iron building packages, er****on is a separate scope and the customer must arrange installation. With our buildings, delivery AND installation are included on your properly prepared, level site. 🚚🏗️

Red iron has its place. Engineered tubular steel has its place.

🚨 STOP! Before you pour that concrete... read this. 👀

One of the biggest misconceptions in the metal building industry is that you HAVE to install on concrete.

❌ That's not always true.

Depending on your local codes and permit requirements, many metal buildings can be installed on:
🌱 Level Ground
🪨 Gravel
🛣️ Asphalt
🧱 Concrete

The most important step? Check with your local permit office first. They'll let you know if your county has any foundation requirements.

💡 Once that's done, the rest is easy—we simply need to know what foundation you're using so the installation crew brings the correct anchors for the job.

Knowledge saves time. Planning saves headaches. 👍
