Why I started doing annual electrical audits.
A few months ago I got called to a house where the homeowner smelled “burning plastic”
near her panel. She was right — a main lug had been slowly cooking for who knows how
long. Another month and her family could’ve lost everything.
Here’s the thing nobody tells you: your electrical system runs 24 hours a day, every day,
for decades. Connections loosen. Breakers fatigue. Panels age. And unless someone with
the right tools opens it up and looks, you’ll never know — until you smell smoke.

check, panel brand verification (huge right now — insurance companies are dropping
policies on Federal Pacific, Zinsco, and Challenger panels), GFCI/AFCI tests, EV charger
check, hot tub disconnect, smoke and CO detectors, exterior circuits, heat tape — the
whole house.
You get a signed Safety Certificate, a full photo report, and a priority repair list (Red = fix
now, Yellow = within 12 months, Green = good).
First 25 customers: $199 (regularly $349) — and that price is locked in for 3 years.
