Framing the garage roof by myself 🔨 Planning on posting more in depth videos of our projects from now on to get to know the company and the work we do. If you enjoy this type of content give us a like and follow 👍🏻. Still plenty of framing left on this project (gable end studs , wall framing and brackets) but I was able to get the roof framed single-handedly. This basement in Troy NY had a severe lack of support beneath all of the structural beams, causing sag. Our crew excavated the ground every 7ft and installed new footings. After jacking up the floor we then leveled the beam and installed new lally column supports with grk fasteners. At needed areas we also were able to stitch together LVL beams to strengthen the existing supports. Now this floor framing can be strong for years to come.
