Lighting is one of the most overlooked design decisions in a kitchen—but it can completely transform the space.

In this project, both under-cabinet lighting and toe-kick lighting were incorporated The Designery Columbusto add another layer of function and atmosphere.

During the day, the lighting highlights the natural beauty of the Rustic Hickory island and the clean white cabinetry. In the evening, it creates a warm, inviting glow that makes the kitchen feel completely different without relying on overhead lights.

It's one of those upgrades that homeowners rarely regret. Once you've lived with it, it's hard to imagine a kitchen without it.

Thoughtful details like these are what separate a good kitchen from a great one.
