Another selective demolition project completed by HJE Services! 🔨

This project was completed for RenoVista Design Build , and it’s always great doing demolition for a great company like Renovista!

For this bathroom project, we carefully demolished the tile shower area, including the tiled walls and shower floor, while keeping the rest of the bathroom intact and protected.

Protecting what stays is just as important as removing what needs to go. During this project, we:

🔨 Removed the tile shower walls and floor
🛡️ Protected the existing bathroom tile, toilet, and sink from damage and dust
💨 Ran air scrubbers during demolition to help control airborne dust
🚪 Installed a plastic zip-door containment system to help keep dust from traveling throughout the rest of the home
🧹 Left the work area clean and ready for the next phase

🔨 Another Kitchen & Flooring Demolition Complete! 🔨

Another successful demolition project in the books for D.B.C. Solutions. It’s always a pleasure working with their team and being trusted to handle the demolition phase of their projects.

This project included:

🔹 Removal of kitchen cabinets and soffit
🔹 Removal of plaster from the load-bearing wall
🔹 Complete closet demolition, including framing
🔹 Removal of baseboard trim
🔹 Removal of flooring and underlayment throughout the kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallway
🔹 Removal of nails and screws throughout the demo areas
🔹 Thorough job-site cleanup when demolition was complete

The nails and screws on the load-bearing wall were intentionally left in place, as that wall will be removed during a future phase of the project.

We take pride in doing more than just tearing things out. Careful demolition, attention to detail, and leaving a clean site ready for the next phase are all part of the job.
