Not completely done yet. Mott sink with bi-trasite waste on the tub. I have an over the curtain piping the shower valve. So no reaching through the curtains for the valve. Antique trap and shuttoffs under the sink.

I found and installed an original 1940s to 1950 Gopher faucet. It was still in the original box. I replaced the washers and that was it didn't installation on a customer's kitchen . The sink had been in since original installation. They were not pleased with modern faucets . The only way you can get an old faucet is to come see me. I love installing stuff like this.

Edit it's completely reinstalled. I got a message from the owner she said in 30 years it's never worked the way it does now . She's very happy.

Working on an Speakman Shower valve. It has not worked in years the normal way both of the stems were frozen in the spring caps. Part of fixing anything is figuring original intention of the manufacturer.

One of five bathrooms I'm doing a rehabilitation in. This bathroom sink the drain didn't work the faucets the hot and cold are reproductions but the center spout is original. I will be replacing the hot and colds with original standard brand as this is a standard faucet. The bathtub will be getting an add a shower all from 100-year-old parts including the shower rod and the spout. The toilet will be removed from the floor and tank from the wall. I put a picture of the label inside the tank. The trap on the tub I'm going to be snaking it's made of lead I will be careful. Not my first lead pipe to snake.

The first picture is me at 14. Dad told me to take the tree house down I want it down before I get home from work.
He forgot to tell me that I was supposed to take it apart board by board. We used it as a shed for years after that.
And then you would like to know whether I know how to fix things the rest are pictures of my antique Plumbing Workshop. I have been a problem solver since I was 14.

I had the Plumbing students from Blackstone Valley Tech come to my shop. They were a nice group of kids. 18 of them and they asked good questions. They roamed all over my shop looked at everything. Thank you for such a good engaging group. And they put up with my little lecture I put on about antique Plumbing. Thank you for coming I appreciate you. Thanks for the teachers for bringing them.

1896 JL Mott Norman tub. Pretty nice little thing right here a 5 ft. All Hardware assembled correct to the period Mott bath filler. 3/4“ feeds. I haven't posted anything at my shop in a while. But I've got a lot of stuff I may start showing you. I think I have 10 nickel silver sinks LOL
