Exposing myself here a bit since it's been a few minutes since I did some grout work... spending a Saturday morning inside a type 1 was awesome.. Got this one all raked out and done. Customer has been great and it's been a fulfilling project. Going back to cap off driveway with gravel soon and get ready for some weddings!

Pulled a rabbit out of my hat on this one. I think this original lake cabin was build in the 40s or so. Some where logging cabins. Cool history, but fast forward decades and at least a handful of additions and remodels and you got a bit of a challenge.

Scope of work, master bedroom deck has been leaking into living room... fix it. Obviously rot, bugs and single 2x6 24 OC had to go. We did what we could with the hand we got.

Lots of lessons here in these pics. Coming in after other multiple contractors here to FINISH strong on this one. Just because they have a flashy marketing team definitely doesn't mean they have integrity.

Pushing through some wet days with some good dudes to get these roof drains and infiltraters installed for some great people. I'm proud to be able to help and to have the grit and ability to do the job. Humbled on this one as I reflected while getting pounded by rain and vactor debris.

Pro tip, install roof drain pipe on backfill day. 👊
