Did you know that 1” filters have a maximum rating 3 months on them? So when I show up and it’s been a year or more, it’s a wonder. The system is working at all! Typically, I recommend that you change your Filter every one to two months. I also recommend you do not use the Costco filters. Most people buy them for the allergens, but they’re so tightly woven that it restricts your flow on your system to begin with. If you are intent on using that brand use a 800 or less series. Or if it’s a different brand use a merv eight or less with frequent change outs. Cheaper more often filter change outs will help Your system last longer. Anything else give me a call!

Poor little guy. No popcorn up there! Voles can cause all kinds of problems with your AC unit! Don’t have this issue but Need help? Give me a call.
