Just finished up this deck repair…rotted band boards, rotted joists, outer decking boards were bad, stairs were ready to go at any time. Definitely a back breaking job with all the lumber being custom milled and the entire deck extremely solid built but it was well worth seeing the end result. Just a friendly reminder of how important it is to keep your wood treated or damage like this can occur faster than you realize it. More pictures to come of the bleach and stain job were in the process of now.

What we showed up to vs how it was when we left, (still waiting on burlap sacks to be delivered and a old whiskey barrel to cover the pipes under the sink, any help finding an old whiskey barrel would be appreciated.) What we showed up to is what the customer paid another contractor $2700 in labor to do and he ruined another $600 in material we couldn’t even salvage. It was an absolute disaster to say the least. But we gutted it out and started fresh, all new everything. In the end we set Miss Peggy up with a nice, very wheelchair friendly kitchen and she was all smiles.

A recent project we just wrapped up, had to demo and rebuild a few rafters, remove and replace bad decking on a few buildings.
