It’s so goated being able to work with this group. Life couldn’t possibly get better.

I’m always going to be striving to be better and looking forward but I also think it’s important to just live in this moment and be so thankful and grateful for all of our customers and all of our guys and everybody who has stuck with me along the way!

Full transparency:

As we’ve grown this year, callbacks have been happening more frequently than I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Not because we’ve been doing sloppy work. Sometimes the finer details slip through the cracks when there are one thousand things happening every day.

We’re working to improve our final walkthroughs and touchup lists. We’re also working on teaching our guys to catch the minor imperfections that our customers will inevitably find once the project is completed.

This all comes with growth. If you’re experiencing this, don’t take it personally. Just refine & improve. Don’t let it stress you out. Just focus on perfecting your systems and wrapping up projects correctly.
