Exteriors are 99.9% wrapped for the season.

We’re heading into winter 9 weeks booked out. That’s easily the best winter jump start we’ve ever had as a company.

Paintcon is a few weeks away & we’re bringing 3 of our guys. Man….

Last January, I sat in my truck wondering why I was still doing this. I felt hopeless, broke, & chained to the business. I wanted to quit. Instead, I decided to set a list of goals for this year to give Worthy one more chance.

The problem was that I wasn’t running a business. I was just the production manager, salesman, & admin holding everything together by a thread. I had no systems, no tracking, and no goals. Just survival.

Fast forward to now…

I’ve replaced myself inside the office & production. I have an absolute guru of a coach who keeps my head on straight and is rebuilding us from the ground up. And most importantly, I have an actual plan going into winter.

I think sometimes it takes hitting rock bottom to look at your situation from a Birds Eye view so that you can correct. And it doesn’t happen overnight. We still ran a mess of a production in total survival mode. But we made it through unscathed, other than GP 😆😭

Special shoutout to the one & only, Seth Lambart 🔥

We have a famous saying here at Worthy…

“Seth will fix it” 😆

Somehow he always finds a way & for that, we are forever indebted to this guy. What an absolute beast!!

Interview with yours truly.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabriel Woodworth. Hi Gabriel, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story. Worthy Finishes didn’t start in a boardroom. The vision began in the 1980’s, when my dad, Doug, was operating a commercial painting company in Houst...

I don’t even know what to say man…

It’s so goated being able to work with this group. Life couldn’t possibly get better.

I’m always going to be striving to be better and looking forward but I also think it’s important to just live in this moment and be so thankful and grateful for all of our customers and all of our guys and everybody who has stuck with me along the way!

Worthy Forever baby 😁🔥🔒😮‍💨
