From dark + dated to creamy + timeless 🤍 One of our favorite kitchen transformations to date.

And while the finishes speak for themselves, some of the most important design decisions are the ones you can’t see. Because a healthier home isn’t just about what’s on the surface. It’s built from the framing up. 🙌🏼

A closer look at this timeless bathroom renovation. We’ll be dreaming of that beautiful shower arch forever☁️ Sharing hidden health features soon, stay tuned!

A first look at the bathroom we’re dreaming up for our Gummo project. From the arched shower entrance and marble detailing to the custom vanity and tucked-away shelving, every inch has a purpose.

We’re bringing together timeless materials, beautiful functionality, and the kind of details that make everyday routines feel a little more luxurious.

And this is just the rendering. Wait until you see it come to life. 🙌🏼

Scott just does what he’s told 😆

But in all seriousness, there’s a major advantage to having your design and build teams under one roof.

No playing middleman between your designer and contractor. No miscommunication. No wondering who’s handling what.

Just one cohesive team managing every detail, from exceptional design to the thoughtful decisions that make your home healthier.

Less stress for you. More accountability from us. And a home that’s beautiful in all the ways that matter. 🙌🏼

One small leak can turn into a very big problem, very quickly😵‍💫

We like to build in leak pans, leak sensors + automatic shutoff systems designed to catch water where it shouldn’t be and stop the flow before the damage escalates.

It’s not the kind of feature you’ll notice on move-in day. But if you ever need it, you’ll be very glad it’s there🙌🏻

Sorry, Scott😆

These are the kinds of decisions we’re thinking about long before the pretty finishes go in👏🏼

At Restart, we’re just as intentional about what’s happening behind the walls as we are about what you can see.

Swipe to see a few of the healthy-home choices working quietly in the background to protect both the home + the people living in it🤍

10/06/2026

A beautiful home can still have a lot going on behind the scenes👀

Poor ventilation, overlooked moisture management, short-lived materials + systems that weren’t designed with your health in mind can all create problems long after move-in day.

These are the red flags we look for before we ever get to the pretty part🚩

Some of the healthiest features in a home are the ones you’ll never notice🙌🏻

At our Ramblewood project, we’re thinking beyond finishes and focusing on how the home actually functions, from cleaner kitchen airflow to smarter drainage designed to help prevent moisture issues before they start.

Because at the end of the day, we want this home to feel just as good to live in as it looks✨

10/01/2026

We don’t stop at aesthetics, because the air you breathe is just as important.

At Ramblewood, that means looking beyond builder-grade solutions and making intentional choices around ventilation, air quality + the systems working behind the walls.

So excited to start sharing more of the BTS decisions going into this home. The details you don’t always see are often the ones that matter most🤍
