What started as a rainy Monday turned into a great day on the course at the Retail Real Estate Network Minnesota (RENET) Annual Golf Tournament. A few members of our team enjoyed the opportunity to network, reconnect with industry partners, and strengthen relationships within Minnesota’s commercial real estate community. After 22 years with FP Construction and a career spanning decades in the architecture and construction industries, John Patterson will officially retire on July 1.

John's leadership has been instrumental in shaping FP Construction into the company it is today. Through his commitment to strong client relationships, thoughtful growth, and delivering projects the right way, he helped build a foundation that will continue to guide our organization for years to come.

While John is stepping away from day-to-day operations, his impact will continue to be felt through the culture, values, and relationships he helped establish throughout his career.
