Bathroom remodel time for customer. I did the master bathroom 10-12 years ago. Now for the guest bath to get done. Complete gut except ceiling. New rock, hardy board, shower seat, tile, floor, shower valve, toilet valve, vanity valves, vanity, toilet cabinet, trim and paint.

Small kitchen repair and toilet guts for customer's rental unit. Prior handyman installed cabinets and countertops wrong. Leaving major gaps and uneven countertops. Went in and leveled it all out as best as possible. Caulked the seam with clear sealant. Fixed the short dishwasher hose that was installed causing the sink to back drain into the dishwasher. Changed the flex P trap for a regular one and fixed the broken electrical outlet under the sink. Also changed out the toilet guts as they were worn out. Customer and tenants are happy now.

Small palm tree job today for one of our Edgewater Seniors. She was stood up twice by two different contractors. I went yesterday to check it out and trimmed it today. I blew off the roof and gutters for her when I was finished.
She requested more work to be done around her house after the new year. We are happy to help with any jobs that are needing to be done.
