When we opened it up, we found significant rot and mold. We’re we’re able to get custom milled lumber to match existing rough cut and compete the job with new siding. Update on a project we’re currently working on- Customer had failed Masonite siding as well as broken seals and weep holes on most of the windows. Once the siding was removed, we could see how bad the damage was. We completely re-framed the chimney, replaced damaged sheathing, installed new Low-E Vinyl windows, and are in the process of installing new Hardie Color-Plus pre painted siding.
