There is a question we get asked a lot in this business: "Why does it take as long as it does?"

Honestly, building a custom home has a lot in common with the birth of a child. Both require exactly the amount of time they take, no more, no less. If you try to speed up the process or cut corners during the development phase, you’re going to deal with consequences later that nobody wants.

Right now, we’re behind the scenes at our Coventry Park project, and we’re in the middle of insulation. It’s not the "pretty" part of the house yet, but it’s the stage where the home starts to get its heart and its protection.

We like to say we’re "enjoying the pregnancy" (and to all the moms out there, forgive u, we know we have it way easier than you did!). But the sentiment is the same: we are doing everything it takes, with no shortcuts, to make sure that when this "baby" is finally born and we hand over the keys, it is a fully developed, healthy, and perfect Practical Luxury home.

It takes patience to build something that’s meant to last a lifetime, but we promise the "birth" of the final product is always worth the wait.
