The planning and design of your new home is just as important. Don't wait until it's too late! Sometimes your favorite floor plan was designed in a more .....tropical climate 😅. FYI an exterior mounted water heater is not the best idea in Oklahoma 🥶.

Not all home renovations and upgrades are equal. ROI, or "Return on investment" is a big thing to consider when you are planning your next project. Just as an example...

Adding conditioned square footage to your home ALMOST always adds value to your home (There are limits depending on the size of surrounding homes in your area) this makes even more sense if the space is already available such as an attic.

Converting your garage into a game room might fit your needs long term but could potentially even hurt your resale value!

Spray foam insulation can be a great ROI upgrade both short term and long!

With so many options it's important to have these discussions with your contractor. Yes, we are in business to fulfill your construction needs but sometimes that new project just doesn't make financial sense.

We will personally evaluate every prospective project and help advise you on what is considered smart spending 🙂

P.S. If your planning on selling your home in the next few years, don't spend that $100k on a pool! 😅

Who says good workers are hard to find?😃 We just picked up the best 2 Plumbers in the industry today! True craftsmanship is a dying breed.

There's many things that make a great home builder such as million dollar marketing, flashy billboards, a fleet of vehicles, and celebrity endorsements... They definitely have your best interest at heart and you can bet the owner has your name saved in their phone ❤️

In all seriousness, there's something to be said about word of mouth referrals and integrity. Those "Hole in the wall" restaurants you love so much didn't show up in your last youtube advertisement 😉.

When considering what company to use for your next construction project be sure to ask about their experience. Would you pay tuition to a Chef who's never cooked?
