AE Services and Construction AE Services was established in 2012, with over 20 years experience in Residential and Commerical. He showed me the ropes as a dad should, me and my 4 brothers.

We bring all sorts of trades to your service, we take on small or large projects with Honesty and Integrity, from start to finish. As a youngster, I was pulled into the trade of construction, by my dad Lupe Espino. He would take us on the weekends and during the summers while growing up and that's when I started gaining the experience, all the way into my teens, then started branching out working

with different construction companies & contractors. Then I knew one day I would start a company myself, because the love I had for construction. In the beginning it was one-man team with very few tools on hand. Within in time, started building a team with dedicated guys, the business started to grow, but nothing that was too major, but with steady work. Our goal is not to become rich, but to serve our clients and the community, just as Jesus spoke, " I did not come to be served but to Serve" to humble ourselves as a business and to strive to commit ourselves to follow through with any project to the best of our ability, with the strength that God provides and with understanding to meet the needs of our clients. It's been a journey to get where we are at now and all thanks to the Lord and loyal clients. We will bring honesty and integrity from start to finish. Yesterday, we finished our project in Rosenburg. We remove a wall to make an opening for a counter with top and trimmed it out and installed lower cabinets with countertop. We also relocated door entrance to the office and remove & replaced vinyl plank flooring, as well as carpet, paint (walls & baseboards), remove another wall to help match the head height of the existing opening on both sides and trimmed it out.
