This living area was segmented and closed off with limited flow between rooms and common area.

By opening up this space, we created an open concept that enhanced functionality and encourages connection. It also gives the grandkids plenty of room to play!

What an amazing transformation!

We opened up the kitchen and replaced standard, manufactured cabinets with custom maple cabinets and new countertops. Moved in new stainless-steel appliances, installed a commercial grade, vinyl flooring, and upgraded to LED lighting fixtures.

After: Front load washer dryer unit with small step up for easier access; complete walk-in tile shower with grab bars and removeable, sliding showerhead for easy access
