Position: Laborer (Part‑time or Full‑time)
Location: Haubstadt IN
Pay: Based on experience — increases with experience

About Us:
Lugs Quality Lawncare LLC provides reliable, professional lawn and landscaping services. We’re looking for motivated team members who take pride in quality work.

Key Duties:

Mowing and w**d‑eating
Installing yards (sod, seed, mulch as needed)
Minor landscaping tasks
Basic equipment maintenance (greasing, sharpening blades, changing oil, etc.)
Scattering straw and basic site cleanup
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Age 18 or older
Able to work 4–5 days per week, 8–12 hour days
Punctual and dependable
Cell phone for communication
Able to lift up to 50lbs
What we offer:

Pay increases with experience
On‑the‑job training and hands‑on experience

Big move made today! My first "brand new" equipment purchase happened, I cant thank Straub Outdoor Power enought! These guys are very easy to work with and have been with us sense I was in kindergarten! As always we offer Mowing, Trimming, and Yard clean up! Give us a call today!

I started mowing this yard last year and I asked the owner what she did for yearly treatment! She said she found some w**d and feed at Lowes and I told her "man I hate when they sell that stuff there, its a total rip off!" She asked me what I recommended? I told her lets get you on a plan that will make your yard pop! I started her on the plan last August and after just 1 overseed last fall bam! What a beautiful yard this is becoming! I will say her irrigation helps alot to and we will see how it does this summer but we both talked this week and she is extremely happy!
